Card Sketch Using Come Together Designer Series Paper

Good Morning Stampers.  Back making Christmas cards.  I know I have been saying that with every blog post, but it seems like what I do now.

This card came to me from a sketch I had  It is an A2 card, in Mint Macaron, with a layer of Cherry Cobbler sized at 3 1/8x4 1/8.  The Come Together Designer Series Paper is sized at 3x4.  The banner is 1 1/2 by 5 1/8 (to allow for cutting).

So I saw the piece of Come Together Paper on my desk and decided with all of the colors in it, it would make a great Christmas card.  This is how ideas come together sometimes.

I seems like a lot of layers, but trust me, there is nothing difficult and the card sketch can be used for many different occasions.

Hello Stampers!  It is that time for Case-ing Tuesday.  I am glad I got this card done in time because, quite frankly, I have had a WEEK and it's only Tuesday.  lol I used Forever Lovely for this card and the new InColor, Seaside Spray, which is my favorite new color.  I also used the DSP designed for the InColors. I have not used this stamp set much.  I say that a lot don't I. That must be why I Blog.  Quite frankly, it intimidated me.  However, it was so easy and the card is gorgeous, even if I say so myself. I hope you like it. Case-ing Tuesday 207

Hello Stampers!  It is Case-ing Tuesday  This is an interesting layout for me.  These challenges really get me outside of the box and make me dig deep into my creative side.  I love that the catalog does this for us.  This challenge also lets us demonstrate what other papers and stamp sets can be used for the layout. I used the Daisy Lane Stamp Set.  The Daisy Punch.  So Safron and Crushed Curry Cardstock.  The Designer Series Paper is from the Subtle Collection. I stamped the daisy on the So Safron in So Safron.  Color on Color.  The large Daisy is stamped in Daffodil Delight.  And the gem is placed in the middle. Book Marks and InColors

Hello  Stampers!!  Today I am using an idea from a friend of mine, Cathy Scarborough.  She is part of the Kylie Bertucci group Love it Chop It .  They encourage people to use their lovely Designer Series Papers.  Today I decided to make Book Marks showcasing the Incolors and new Designer Series Papers.  Very simple and quick to make.   Each tag is 5 1/4x2.  The Designer Series Papers are cut at 4 1/4x1 3/4 (this will give a little border). I used the Tag Punch to punch the tops and the 2 inches fits perfectly for an easy fit.  Using the Waterfront Stamp Set, I stamped the sentiment and cut out circles in Whisper White at 1 1/2 and cardstock at 1 3/4.  You can see how quick this would be.  You can use any cardstock and Designer Series Paper.  I made a few to share with the my Book Club.  Hopefully, they will think I am clever.   Please recreate these Book Marks and share your creations with me. ...
