Hello Stamping Friends.  I hope all is well with you and your families.  Late today posting because I am being lazy.  Took a nap. I had a little difficulty today with the sketch.  Not the sketch per se, but emulating the card.  This is what I came up with.  I wanted to use stamps from the annual catalog and this was what came into the little brain. The card base and layer is Crumb Cake.  I used the stamp set A Little Lace for the background and stamped it in Coastal Cabana.  The Daisy Lane Stamp Set is stamped in Melon Mambo and punched with the larger Daisy Punch.  The sentiment is from A Little Lace and stamped on Melon Mambo.  I must admit I don't use Melon Mambo.  Not certain why. Case-ing Tuesday 225

Case-ing Tuesday on Thursday

Card Sketch Using Come Together Designer Series Paper

Good Morning Stampers.  Back making Christmas cards.  I know I have been saying that with every blog post, but it seems like what I do now. This card came to me from a sketch I had  It is an A2 card, in Mint Macaron, with a layer of Cherry Cobbler sized at 3 1/8x4 1/8.  The Come Together Designer Series Paper is sized at 3x4.  The banner is 1 1/2 by 5 1/8 (to allow for cutting). So I saw the piece of Come Together Paper on my desk and decided with all of the colors in it, it would make a great Christmas card.  This is how ideas come together sometimes. I seems like a lot of layers, but trust me, there is nothing difficult and the card sketch can be used for many different occasions. Snowman Season Tuesday

Case-ing Tuesday 207

Hello Stampers!  It is Case-ing Tuesday  This is an interesting layout for me.  These challenges really get me outside of the box and make me dig deep into my creative side.  I love that the catalog does this for us.  This challenge also lets us demonstrate what other papers and stamp sets can be used for the layout. I used the Daisy Lane Stamp Set.  The Daisy Punch.  So Safron and Crushed Curry Cardstock.  The Designer Series Paper is from the Subtle Collection. I stamped the daisy on the So Safron in So Safron.  Color on Color.  The large Daisy is stamped in Daffodil Delight.  And the gem is placed in the middle. Flying Bird
